Network Rail admits breaching health and saftey laws, following the death of two teenage girls. Harlow Council services to be handed over to independent organisations.
Network Rail has admitted breaching health and safety laws, following the deaths of two Essex teenagers at a level crossing at Elsenham railway station near Stansted.
A proposed scheme to hand over well-known council services including Pet's Corner, Parndon Wood Nature Reserve and the Town's Museum in Harlow to independent orgainsations is so innovative that other authorities should follow suit according to the councillor behind it.
Remus horse sanctuary in Ingatestone is full to capacity and is having to turn away animals and owners and they say the problem is getting worse.
