On Countryfile’s visit to East Yorkshire Ellie meets award-winning pudding creator Ben Cox who makes her a pudding in the traditional way. She then joins Matt for a Yorkshire Pudding ‘bake-off’. They meet Jon Edwards from London who uses science to create the perfect pudding. He goes head to head with, Mary Rook, a Yorkshire grandma who thinks her more relaxed and traditional technique will win the taste test. But whose pudding is best? Food writer and Good Food Guide advisor Mandy Wragg will have to decide.
