Massive improvements at Beech House care home in Newmarket

There's been a dramatic improvement at Beech House residential care home in Newmarket after an inspection raised serious concerns. the facility is for people with learning disabilities or challenging behaviour. The Care Quality Commission threatened enforcement action over issues of appropriate care and whether patients were being protected from abuse. Foz talks to the CQC's Julie Mikle.
