In March four teams will represent England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales in the ultimate sporting challenge; a race covering over a 1,000 miles around the UK and Ireland.
The teams will start simultaneously in their home cities of Cardiff, Dublin, Edinburgh and London as they run, row, cycle and sail their way clockwise around the UK and Ireland from the 10th to the 17th of March 2012.
Former Cycling star Chris Boardman and retired rugby internationals Josh Lewsey, Paddy Johns, Shane Byrne and Thom Evans headed to Greenock for a crash course in sailing as they prepare to go head to head.
You can join the celebrities as they run the final six miles to the finish line as part of the Sport Relief Mile on Sunday, 25 March. Visit www.FirstNationHome.com for more information.
