Rob hears about TV's Time Team visit to Newmarket.

The archaeology show filmed a three-day archaeological excavation in July last year
at the site of Newmarket's Palace House Mansion and Stables.

It's on Channel 4 on Sunday (12th) afternoon.

There's been a positive reaction to a new stop smoking clinic, aimed at helping pregnant women quit.

It's run from the children's centre on Coppleston Road by Live Well Suffolk, funded by the NHS.

Talking about the business of youth politics is Matthew Percy, one of Suffolk's Youth Parliament Members.

He's been campaigning for cheaper travel for young people, and gives a passionate call for the return of the Explore card in Suffolk.

Some great news for the Porch Project in Hadleigh, which has been given two awards for helping cut anti-social behaviour in the town.

Over the last two and a half years they've had 350 young people through the doors of St Mary's.

Last night the High Sheriff of Suffolk gave them the Babergh District Council Community Achievement - Special Award, and also The Young Suffolk Roddy Macleod Highly Commended Award.

Sally Gunnell OBE, olympic gold medallist and sports ambassador, will be opening the new gym at Bury St Edmunds Leisure centre later.

A quarter of a million pounds has been spent on new equipment and refurbishment.
