Social care in crisis?

Thousands travel to Westminster today to ask MPs to end a crisis in social care. A soldier injured in Afghanistan skydives in a bid to raise money and awareness for amputees.

More than 1,000 older and disabled people are travelling to Westminster today to ask their MPs to end what they believe is a crisis in social care.

A Colchester-based soldier injured in Afghanistan in 2006, lost a limb and like many of his colleagues he's doing everything he can to raise awareness and money to help other veterans.

A man who was sent to prison, used his time inside to write The Little Book of Prison: A beginners guide has had the book published and has been in Essex talking to criminology students about his time inside.
