The Criminal Records Bureau could be blighting job prospects for people who committed minor offences when they were young, according to a 大象传媒 Inside Out East investigation.
In one case, a woman who tried to get into a nightclub by using a friend鈥檚 driving licence when she was 17 says her hopes of following a career in nursing have been dashed by that single incident.

Many of the recommendations made in the review are currently going through the Commons as part of the Protection of Freedoms Bill.
