Paula is talking to Fred Collingwood from Clayton. At age 19, he was on the Normandy beaches and an explosion took most of his face. Being blind did not stop him and he spent his working life as a pyhsiotherapist.

Paula's also chatting about the menopause. Its something that affects all women, and therefore the majority of men too! The duvet is on and off, there's no sleep, aching joints, bursting into tears and terrible mood swings.

Paula will be talking to a menopause expert later and asking how she can make herself feel better and cope with the changes of life.
