Today from 10 Jonathan asks 'does the right to live include the right to die? Today a High Court judge will rule today whether to throw out the case of a severely disabled man who wants a doctor to be able to kill him legally.
Tony Nicklinson, from Wiltshire, has something called locked-in syndrome - which means body is paralysed but his mind is perfectly intact.
He will find out later if his case can be heard in court or not.
