Felixstowe rail passengers may have to get the bus

Passenger train services could end between Felixstowe and Ipswich if the Port of Felixstowe get their way over rail access.

As work on the Port of Felixstowe's third rail terminal gets underway we ask if it's the end for passenger train services between Ipswich and Felixstowe. Luke deal hears from the Port's Paul Davey and from Suffolk's councillor for transport, Guy McGregor.

The Belgian government has declared a national day of mourning for the 28 victims of a coach crash in Switzerland. Twenty two of those who died were children returning home last night from a skiing holiday.

Unemployment is up again to its highest level for 17 years. The number out of work is 2.67 million: an increase of 28,000 over the last three months. Will Suffolk's redundant workers have to make compromises to get another job?
