Today, the Queen's speech is expected to include plans that would help divorced dads see their children.
According to the Office for National Statistics, 1 in 3 children, equivalent to 3.8 million, live without their father and many of those won't see their dad on a regular basis because of access issues.
The Queen will outline a number of plans designed to improve family live and this is one of them.
It comes after the government recently commissioned a report called the Family Justice Review and in February, announced plans to introduce legislation ensuring children maintain an ongoing relationship with both parents following divorce and separation.
