Rob speaks to Suffolk singer Laura Wright on her extraordinary year, he chats to the head of the Mother's Union in the county, and asks whether the Queen should remain Defender of the Faith.

There's also a look ahead to the Great British Story at Ickworth House, and the Love Song remembers disco legend Donna Summer.

Laura Wright is having a busy year. The former Framlingham College pupil sang the national anthem at the FA Cup final, and is featuring on Gary Barlow's Sing album. But she still makes time to talk to Rob about singing, fame, and her home county.

Rob's Sunday Guest is Val Jeffreys, President of the Mothers' Union in Suffolk. She talks about David Cameron's scheme to help parents bring up their children, as well as reviewing the Sunday papers and giving us her thought for the day.

Following on from the poll this week that says three quarters of people in England want to see the Queen and her successor remain as Supreme Governors of the Church of England, Rob hosts a debate on whether the monarch should stay Defender of the Faith.

He has a look back at a big night for Chelsea FC, as they finally clinch the Champions League title.

In the Pop Pulpit this week, the Rev Andrew Dotchin, the Vicar of Whitton, choses Chris de Burgh's Shine On.

There's a look ahead to an event expected to attract thousands of people to Ickworth House near Bury St Edmunds. The 大象传媒 and the National Trust have teamed up for the Great British Story, and the event will involve local history groups and an archaeologist, as well as a chance to experience the Ickworth Lives project, which has seen the basement of the house returned to the 1930's.

Rob's Sunday Love Song is Let There Be Peace from disco legend, Donna Summer, who died this week.

And throughout the week on 大象传媒 Radio Suffolk, family carers, and those who work with them, have been telling their story. There are around 100,000 in the county, and Rob has a round up of what some of them have been saying.
