Rob hears about the subject still on everyone's lips; the abandonment of this year's Suffolk Show in its second day. He also talks rural crime, homelessness and gets answers to your gardening questions.

After the cancellation of the Suffolk Show due to extreme wind, Rob looks back at an extraordinary day in the history of the event, and also talks to people who were there.

He hears from a Suffolk farmer concerned about the problem of rural crime. The National Farmers Union says more than a third of farms in the region have been targeted over the past year. Stephen Rash from the NFU in Suffolk tells Rob about his personal experience of the problem.

Rob's breakfast guest is Ipswich man and former Olympian Lenny Paul. Lenny competed in four winter games, in the bobsleigh team. He is also involved, though not competing, in London 2012. He tells Rob about his Olympic career, and what he is up to now.

Paul Herbert from the Ipswich Winter Night Shelter tells Rob that while it may be summer now, plans are already going on for re-opening the shelter later this year. He is looking for somewhere to store donations of bedding and clothing for the shelter.

There is news of a new website, Faces of Britain, which encourages people to upload their photographs onto what will become an online time capsule.

And Graham Proctor answers your gardening questions, including a query about an indentified plant grown from saved seeds, how to stop peace lily leaves going yellow, why onions planted last year have gone to seed.
