Two men with so called "locked-in syndrome", who find their lives "undignified and intolerable" take their right-to-die pleas to the High Court today. Tony Nicklinson and a man who's being referred to as Martin, are only able to communicate using their eyes and need constant care for every aspect of their lives. Mr Nicklinson is seeking a declaration that "it would not be unlawful on the grounds of necessity for a GP for assist in the termination of his life."
