One of the Conservative Party's leading Eurosceptics, the former Defence Secretary Liam Fox, is to call for negotiations on a "looser" relationship between Britain and the European Union. The Prime Minister will face further questions about his position on a referendum when he makes a statement about last week's EU summit. Over the weekend, David Cameron promised to consider holding a referendum on Europe at some point in the future.
