It's an informal 'turn-up-and-ride' 200 km night ride from London to the lost city of Dunwich on the Suffolk Coast.

Meanwhile this week the senior members of the Girlguide and Scout Association met to help launch the 31st Suffolk Historic Churches Bike Ride.

Thousands of cyclists of all ages, will take part in the bike ride on Saturday 8 September.

Two of Suffolk's Youth Parliament members have written to the Prime Minister saying parts of his Welfare Reform plans are "ill thought out and will have serious repercussions for thousands of vulnerable young people right across the UK."

One suggestion is that under twenty-five year olds should no longer be entitled to housing benefit.

Major Alison Cripps joins Rob in the studio ahead of her return to Ipswich.
