Would the Good Samaritan stop to help Suffolk's street drinkers?

Can you be a Good Samaritan in 2012? A photo taken at 8am of a street drinker in Ipswich has sparked some lively debate on Facebook, with people affected by alcohol sharing their experiences.

Bishop Nigel Stock explains the latest in his fight to stop clergy from Africa being refused visas to visit by UK Boarder Agency staff, because they don't earn enough.

He's raised the problem in the House of Lords.
