Suffolk's Muslims face long days of fasting, and concern over relaxing Sunday trading rules for the Olympics

Rob finds out how some of Suffolk's muslims feel about the long days of fasting for the summer Ramadan.

Joining him in the studio are the muslim owners of an Ipswich bed and breakfast, who'll be continuing to cook and serve throughout the holy month.

As many churches in Suffolk embark on work to make their buildings more suitable for community use, Rob hears from The Plunkett Foundation, a charity set up specifically to help and advise rural communities.

He catches up with a new music event for people with disabilities on at Trinity Park.

The Freedom to Challenge was put on by a new community interest company in Suffolk called Phoenix Rising.

There's also Pop Pulpit, Joking Vicars and concern over the olympic relaxation of the Sunday trading rules.
