Radio 3's Tom Service looks ahead to the 2012 Proms Season with Steve Lamacq. Tom's recommendation is Prom 63, which goes out on 31st August and features Ligeti's Atmospheres, Debussy's Jeux and Ravel's Daphnis and Chloe - Suite No. 2 all conducted by Sir Simon Rattle.
