Rotary Club is collecting abandoned tents and stuff at V Festival to raise money for charity. Last year Kelvedon District Rotary did the same thing.
Detectives believe the Moors murderer, Ian Brady, has given information about the location of one his child victim's bodies to a long-term prison visitor.
