Lowestoft boxer Anthony Ogogo's quest for Olympic gold is over. He's won a bronze medal in the men's middleweight. He was beaten 16-9 by Brazil's Esquiva Falcao Florentino.

Suffolk's Anthony Ogogo will return to the county from London 2012 with a bronze medal. His dreams of a gold were broken this afternoon after the Lowestoft Boxer was beaten by Esquiva Falcao Florentino of Brazil in their middleweight semi final clash. Guy Campbell watched the fight at the Nirvana Gym in south Lowestoft where Anthony trains. There with him were friends and family members including Anthony's uncle and aunt.

District and Borough councils across Suffolk are getting the views of residents over changes to council tax benefit. Central government is going to cut the amount available by 10 percent from April next year so local councils are having to look at other ways to balance their books. In the first hour from 4pm, Needham Market's Rampant Horse has been named the region's Best Turnaround Pub 2012 in the Great British Pub Awards. The award recognises the way the pub has improved since it was taken over earier this year by the Suffolk lager company Calvors who are based in Coddenham. Lesley chats to their Managing Director Alec Williamson, who is also The Rampant Horse's landlord.
