Suffolk's Anthony Ogogo will return to the county from London 2012 with a bronze medal. His dreams of a gold were broken this afternoon after the Lowestoft Boxer was beaten by Esquiva Falcao Florentino of Brazil in their middleweight semi final clash. Guy Campbell watched the fight at the Nirvana Gym in south Lowestoft where Anthony trains. There with him were friends and family members including Anthony's uncle and aunt.

Police investigating the disappearance of London schoolgirl Tia Sharp have found a body at her grandmother's house in south London. Lesley has more.

District and Borough councils across Suffolk are getting the views of residents over changes to council tax benefit. Central government is going to cut the amount available by 10 percent from April next year so local councils are having to look at other ways to balance their books. One of the options is to drop the discount that second home owners get on properties here. Lesley speaks to Derrick Haley who looks after finances and resources at Mid Suffolk District Council.

Not only have the Olympics been making the news here in the UK but images of our country have been sent around the world - some of them by an American cameraman who came home to Suffolk while he was covering London 2012. Tim Pamplin, who these days lives and works in Detroit, grew up in Haverhill and came back to stay with his mum and dad while he sent film back for NBC. Lesley catches a word with him.

In the first hour from 4pm, Needham Market's Rampant Horse has been named the region's Best Turnaround Pub 2012 in the Great British Pub Awards. The award recognises the way the pub has improved since it was taken over earier this year by the Suffolk lager company Calvors who are based in Coddenham. Lesley chats to their Managing Director Alec Williamson, who is also The Rampant Horse's landlord.
