After 70 years in business, Kessingland building company Knights Warner has gone into admininstration with the loss of 50 jobs.

In the news hour from 5pm, after 70 years of business, a Kessingland building company has ceased trading. Knights Warner has made nearly all its staff redundant and is now beginning the process of going into liquidation. Our Waveney Producer Guy Campbell has been speaking to local people and Andrew Turner from chartered accountants Lovewell Blake speaks to Mark Matthews.

Police are investigating claims the Moors Murderer, Ian Brady, has written a letter, to be opened on his death, revealing where his only undiscovered victim is buried. Keith Bennett was 12 and on his way to visit his grandmother when he was abducted and killed by Brady and his partner Myra Hindley in 1964. Lesley has more.

Clubbers are being targeted by police this weekend in a bid to increase awareness of personal safety. Officers will be out in Ipswich, Lowestoft and Newmarket handing out leaflets and encouraging young women to stick together, look out for each other and to pre-arrange safe transport home. Lesley speaks to Chief Inspector Dave Cutler from Suffolk Police.
