Proud parents
We spoke to the parents of Lizzie Armitstead and Rebecca Adlington after their medal victories over the weekend.
Lizzie won Team GB's first medal of the games, a silver in the women's road cycling. Rebecca followed up her success in Beijing with another medal, a bronze in the 400m freestyle swimming final.
Rebecca's mum and dad Kay and Steve, and Lizzie's, John and Carol joined us to talk about their emotions and joy after watching the two races.
