The couple arrested over a shooting during a burglary at their home have been released. Andy Ferrie and his wife, Tracey, were held after a shotgun was fired during a break-in at their home in Leicestershire. They'd been arrested on suspicion of causing causing grievous bodily harm. But the Crown Prosecution Service said it was clear that the couple did what they believed was necessary to protect themselves and their home.
