The phone-in at 9, 'Was Kate Middleton wrong to go topless?'
A celebrity gossip magazine in France has published a topless photograph of the Duchess of Cambridge. The picture, in Closer magazine, was apparently taken last week when William and Kate were on a private holiday at a chateau in France. It is understood that the photographs were offered to a number of British papers last week but all turned them down.
