Mitt Romney, struggling in the polls, has been attacking Chinese trade practices. He says that on day one of a Romney presidency he would declare China a currency manipulator.

Justin Rowlatt debates trade tactics with two experts: Alan Tonelson of the US Business and Industry Council which represents 2,000 smaller businesses and Andy Roth of the Club for Growth, a conservative group with free-market views.
