If you're looking for a career as a Formula One driver, it can be an expensive ladder to climb - even if you're starting off in go karts like Lewis Hamilton.

But now the UK's first national karting league is trying to make the sport accessible to everyone, and are picking up much of the bill for people racing for their town or city.

Mike Bushell took to the track, to see if he could have a new profession burning rubber.
