Skydiving, Forces Help, Ipswich Town of Sanctuary and keeping Suffolk's children safe.

Rob hears from a 4YP volunteer who is jumping out of a plane this Sunday to help the charity support other young people.

There's a call for more volunteers to help the forces charity SSAFA in Suffolk.

They provide financial, practical and emotional assistance to anyone that is currently serving or has ever served in the Army, Navy or RAF, and their families.

Ipswich could become an official Town of Sanctuary later this week, as Borough Councillors vote on a motion to support and promote the group, working to assist asylum seekers and refugees.

As the Jimmy Savile abuse story continues to dominate the news headlines, Rob speaks to the Bishop's Safeguarding Officer in Suffolk, about how the church is working to keep young people safe.
