How some young Europeans are taking advantage of the EU鈥檚 freedom of movement policy. We see two cousins meeting on the border between their countries, on a street that is half in Germany and half in the Netherlands. We also learn about a Dutch teenager who now goes to school in neighbouring Germany, and hear from two young British students who are studying in Belgium under the EU's Erasmus exchange programme.
