Examples of Hindu celebrations
An exploration of some special Hindu festivals and how colour and food play an important part in worship. The first of these colourful events focuses on the cow and its significance for Hindu worship. The second festival, Gorvadhana Puja, celebrates Krishna and involves a model of a hill made from sweets and cakes. The last section of the clip discusses the meaning of Krishna consciousness as a relationship with God.
