We follow the use of IT in the genesis of one of Cadbury’s brand new chocolate bars – the Bar of Plenty. We meet the design team creating the wrapper, the administrators managing approvals for the design ideas, the employees on the production line ensuring that the appropriate recipe is used, and that the chocolate supply is flowing properly. We also meet the staff in the distribution warehouse, who ensure that the bars are dispatched on time to the correct shop or supermarket.
