How to book a holiday in a hotel over the phone. Mrs Augustin rings a hotel to book a room. The receptionist asks questions about the dates of the stay, the room types and the amenities they offer. There is then a survey about where people are going on holiday. The survey is first conducted in the 'du' form and then in the 'Sie' form.
