Living as a refugee
Zlata and Mohamed both fled civil unrest in their home country to live as refugees in England. They talk about how they overcame the boundaries, such as language, and how a 'buddy' scheme at school helped them to fit in and make friends quickly. An introduction to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is also given, along with an explanation of the word 'asylum' and why this is a human right.
