Josette Aitman describes the two contrasting parts of Brittany known as the Armor - the land of the sea - and the Argoat - the inland or interior. She then visits two contrasting places in Brittany. Quimper is a cathedral city and Guilvinec is a fishing town on the Atlantic coast. Josette then talks to the local people, finding out what life is like in each place.
