Buckingham Foods make sandwiches for several big brands, and they're always creating new sandwiches. In the first part of this clip we saw the ideas meeting and tasting for a new Christmas sandwich. On the sandwich-making mass production line, we now see machines slicing tomatoes and ham, chopping cucumbers, spreading butter and cutting and packing the finished sandwiches. The design team then compare one of their sandwiches with those of their competitors by doing a 'blind' taste test.
