Could you join Taekwondo stars Lutalo Muhammad and Jade Jones in Rio?

London 2012 medal winners Lutalo Muhammad and Jade Jones tell us about how Taekwondo is hoping to find new talent for the next Olympics in Rio.

At London Jade won Team GB's first gold medal in the sport and Lutalo became the first man to medal for Britain as he got a bronze.

Lutalo came through a UK Sport talent programme to be picked for London and encourages others to follow his lead.
