'Law and Order' - How the criminal justice system deals with young people
A solicitor from the Scottish Child Law Centre, a police officer and a procurator fiscal explain the possible courses the law may take in dealing with children who are accused of committing serious crimes. The process from police questioning to conviction is clearly outlined, as is the seriousness of the crime and how a child can be psychologically affected.
