Healthy school meals
Kitchen staff talk about steps they have taken to provide healthy meals for schools in Northern Ireland. They usually steam, bake or boil most foods and try to avoid frying, because eating too much fat causes health problems later in life. Presenter, Christine Bleakley, visits a school kitchen and learns how menus are carefully planned to offer a balanced diet.
