In ‘Food groups’, stallholders at Leicester market show the range they have on display including fruit and vegetables, meat and fish as well as dairy. In ‘Eating plants’, a farmer in Surrey shows the different parts of plants that we eat, such as roots (carrots), leaves (winter cabbage) and fruit (strawberries) and explains how he grows them.
