A look at how playgrounds are inspected and tested for safety. Using a range of special gear, the inspector tests the playground equipment to ensure a child couldn't get stuck and that poles and ropes are the correct size for children to grip. He also tests different materials to identify which would cause the least damage if a child feel onto it from a height.
