Electrolysis and electroplating

Science presenter Jon Chase explains electrolysis. He demonstrates how to electroplate a copper coin with zinc using a nail, and dilute hydrochloric acid as the electrolyte. Jon uses an animation to explain the changes that take place at each electrode.
