Jackanory Junior - 'The Bun Gun'
Amanda Abbington narrates 'The Bun Gun' which is set in a pirate school, where a group of children are learning to be daredevils of the sea. They are unfairly treated by the head teacher who saves all the food for herself and her staff, and leaves the boys and girls with next to nothing. The children make a plot to steal from the food store. However, a grown-up gang of pirates hatch their own plan. A story full of descriptive language, teamwork and success! 'The Bun Gun' was written by Jeremy Strong and illustrated by Ian Cunliffe.
