How do animals use their teeth?
A look at the various ways in which animals use their teeth. Beavers use their teeth to gnaw on wood. Crocodiles catch their prey with their sharp teeth, but can also use them to carry their babies without harm. Walruses have long tusks which they use to climb onto icebergs. Elephants have huge tusks to fight each other or push down trees.
