Shrewsbury Flax Mill: The dye works - intricate but cold
Jim Hawkins talks to Elizabeth Jenkins and "friend" of the Flaxmill, Alan Moseley. The inside of the dye works looks like a railway shed with metal work that is quite intricate and a little delicate. This means that the roof can't be insulated. Whatever the future use of this space it will have to be tolerant of the cold.
