Hillsborough anniversary chant gave inquiry "momentum"
The Bishop of Liverpool, the Right Reverend James Jones, says the chanting of the Anfield crowd at the 20th anniversary memorial service led to the setting up of the Hillsborough Independent Panel.
He tells Shelagh Fogarty how "an extraordinary moment in the life of the city" gave Andy Burnham "the momentum" to set up the panel.
