A senior opposition leader, Chokri Belaid in Tunisia has been shot dead on his way to work. He was a prominent secularist and a critic of the moderate Islamist government.
Campaigners in India say unscrupulous doctors are unnecessarily removing the wombs of thousands of women in order to make money from the operations.
