We ask if stricter rules over whether guns can be kept in the home could do anything to prevent tragedies like the shooting in Devizes at the weekend.
The family of Bill Dowling, the retired police inspector found shot dead at his home in Devizes, say they'd recently developed concerns about his emotional and mental state. It's believed Mr Dowling had a firearms licence as he enjoyed shooting pheasants and the gun was legal. As well as hearing tributes to the couple, we ask if stricter rules over whether guns can be kept in the home could do anything to prevent tragedies like this happening in future.
And Wiltshire Fire Service have been called to an unusually high number of chimney fires already this year, we hear from the Chippenham landlady who is warning others after a near miss.
