Judy Bell MBE founded her business in 1987, making cheese by hand on the farmhouse kitchen table.

As her business grew, so did her passion for Yorkshire produce and she became a fervent supporter of small Yorkshire producers.

She has been Chairman of the local regional food group, and remains on the Board today.

Her passion for British Artisan cheese is stronger than ever and, having handed down the running of the business to her daughters, Katie and Caroline, she is able to dedicate more time to developing new artisan cheeses.
