Talking cobs... well, cob walls
You can often tell which bit of the country you're in just by what the local buildings are made out of. There was always a tendency to build from what was to hand and, at it's most basic, people built from the soil around them with mud or so called cob walls.
It's a fast disappearing art, but one who restores cob walls is Anthony Goode. 大象传媒 Radio Leicester's Ben Jackson met him at his home in Slawston in front of a wall full of photographs of some of his work.
