This comes in the same week a Labour MP called for a Bill to make it a duty on schools and colleges to educate children of the benefits of blood, organ and bone marrow donation. For illnesses more prevalent in black people, like Sickle Cell Anaemia, it's vital that blood is ethnically matched.
